EDL² provides K-12 education consulting services to meet the needs of educators for meaningful and sustainable educational change.

• a structure of high-performance work systems (i.e., job enrichment and enlargement, collaboration, shared decision-making, employee engagement); and
• a culture of rich professional learning and continuous improvement.

Our unique approach is founded on the central idea that learning and leading go together for all those involved in education, especially principals, teachers, students, and parents, to achieve the highest gains in student achievement, confidence, and self-efficacy. For students to flourish, a school should be and can be a learning organization for the entire community.

To this end, educators integrate learning and leading as mutually reinforcing and thereby prepare all students to participate fully in the social, economic, and political life of a rapidly changing and increasingly interdependent, diverse world.
